Section 25-34.1-7-9 - Payment of claims

Upon an order of the commission directing that payment be made out of the real estate recovery fund, the commission shall, subject to sections 4 through 5 of this chapter, make the payment out of the real estate recovery fund as provided in section 5 of this chapter.
