Section 25-34.1-5-1 - Approval and permit required for broker course

No person shall conduct, solicit or accept student enrollment for a broker course as prescribed in this chapter without:

(1) the approval of the course by the commission; and

(2) the issuance of a permit under section 15 of this chapter.
