Section 25-31.5-6-5 - Suspension for nonpayment of renewal fee

If an individual fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the board shall:

(1) suspend the individual's registration under this article; and

(2) delete the individual's name from the roster published under IC 25-31.5-3-7;

until the renewal fee is paid.
