Section 25-31.5-5-5 - Suspension or revocation of certificate

After a soil scientist's registration is suspended or revoked, the soil scientist may not:

(1) affix the soil scientist's signature, stamp, or seal to a soil science report or document; or

(2) certify a soil science report or document;

unless the registration has been renewed, reissued, or reinstated.
