Section 25-31.5-3-2 - Determination of costs; adjustment of fees
Each year the board shall:
(1) determine the cost incurred in administering the program for the registration of soil scientists under this article; and(2) if necessary, adjust the amount of the:(A) registration fee charged under IC 25-31.5-4-10; and(B) renewal fee charged under IC 25-31.5-6-3;
