Section 25-30-1.3-22 - Prosecuting attorneys; reporting violations

A prosecuting attorney to whom the board reports a violation of this chapter shall cause proceedings to be commenced against a person or a business entity violating this chapter and to prosecute the person or the business entity to final termination.
