Section 25-29-2-6 - Meetings(a) The board shall hold at least one (1) meeting each year. The board may hold additional meetings that the board considers necessary.(b) A meeting may be called by the chairman or by a majority of the members of the board.As added by P.L. 33-1993, SEC.60.
