Section 25-29-2-11 - Adoption of rules(a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following: (1) Forms necessary for applications.(2) Areas that are necessary to implement this act.(b) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:(1) The establishment of fees under IC 25-1-8-2.(2) The retirement or surrender of a license.(3) Granting an inactive license and procedures for reinstatement of an inactive license.Amended by P.L. 180-2018,SEC. 35, eff. 7/1/2018.As added by P.L. 33-1993, SEC.60.
