Section 25-28.5-1-8 - Powers of commission The commission may:
(1) Adopt and promulgate rules and regulations for its guidance and for the regulation of its business and procedure consistent with the provisions of this chapter and in the manner provided in IC 4-22-2.(2) Enter into such other contracts and authorize expenditures as its duties require, subject to the provisions of this chapter and IC 25-1-6.(3) Do all things necessary for carrying into effect the provisions of this chapter.(Formerly: Acts1972 , P.L. 188, SEC.1.)
