Section 25-27.5-4-8 - Reinstatement of surrendered licenses(a) If an individual surrenders a license to the committee, the committee may reinstate the license upon written request by the individual.(b) If the committee reinstates a license, the committee may impose conditions on the license appropriate to the reinstatement.(c) An individual may not surrender a license without written approval by the committee if a disciplinary proceeding under this article is pending against the individual.As added by P.L. 227-1993, SEC.11.
