Section 25-26-14-12 - "Wholesale drug distributor" As used in this chapter, "wholesale drug distributor" means a person engaged in wholesale distribution of legend drugs, including:
(3) own-label distributors;(4) private-label distributors;(7) warehouses, including manufacturers' and distributors' warehouses, chain drug warehouses, and wholesale drug warehouses;(8) independent wholesale drug traders;(9) retail and hospital pharmacies that conduct wholesale distributions; and(10) reverse distributors.The term does not include a common carrier or person hired solely to transport prescription drugs.
