Section 25-26-13.5-12 - Maintenance of controlled substance dispensing records

The remote dispensing facility must maintain records of any dispensing of a controlled substance at the remote dispensing facility, unless the remote dispensing facility has received approval to centrally store the records in compliance with federal law.
