Section 25-23.7-6-5 - Adoption of rules concerning continuing education(a) The board shall adopt rules concerning the continuing education required for the renewal of a license under this chapter.(b) The rules must do the following: (1) Establish procedures for approving organizations that provide continuing education.(2) Prescribe the content, duration, and organization of continuing education courses that contribute to the general competence of installers.As added by P.L. 162-2002, SEC.7.
