Section 25-23.6-5-16 - Certain individuals shall be licensed as clinical social worker; conditions

If an individual is enrolled in a master's or doctoral level program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education not later than July 1, 1997:

(1) the individual may complete the requirements for certification as a clinical social worker under this article as those requirements existed on June 30, 1997; and

(2) the board shall license the individual as a clinical social worker.
