Section 25-23.4-3-2 - Education requirements The board shall, after receiving recommendations from the committee, do the following:
(1) Determine the education that satisfies the requirements in section 1 of this chapter.(2) Establish formal education requirements in addition to those required in section 1 of this chapter. The requirements must include course material on: (A) emergency life support procedures;(B) identification of high risk births for mothers;(C) identification of potential complications during labor; and(D) other material the board specifies.Added by P.L. 232-2013, SEC. 20, eff. 7/1/2013.
