Section 25-22.5-16-3 - Eligibility to receive expedited license; member state licensure requirements(a) A physician must meet the eligibility requirements as defined in section 2(12) of this chapter to receive an expedited license under the terms and provisions of the compact.(b) A physician who does not meet the requirements of section 2(12) of this chapter may obtain a license to practice medicine in a member state if the individual complies with all laws and requirements, other than the compact, relating to the issuance of a license to practice medicine in that state.Added by P.L. 60-2022,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2022.
