Section 25-21.8-7-4 - Investigations or disciplinary actions

On July 1, 2017, any pending investigation or disciplinary action against a massage therapist who was certified under this article on June 30, 2017, shall be treated after June 30, 2017, as an investigation or disciplinary action against the massage therapist who is licensed on July 1, 2017.
