Section 25-17.6-3-2 - Qualifications of applicants for licensure(a) The board shall pass upon the qualifications of applicants for licensure.(b) The board shall: (1) require from an applicant for licensure evidence of the applicant's qualifications; and(2) judge an applicant on evidence of the applicant's professional competency and integrity under rules adopted by the board.As added by P.L. 161-1996, SEC.2.
