Section 25-14.5-3-1 - Educational requirements The board may require a person who applies for licensure as a dietitian under this article to have:
(1) completed a major course of study in human nutrition, nutrition education, food and nutrition, and dietetics or food systems management; and(2) received a baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university located in the United States or its territories.Amended by P.L. 90-2019,SEC. 27, eff. 7/1/2019.As added by P.L. 124-1994, SEC.7.
