Section 25-1-9.5-12 - Adoption of policies or rules

The Indiana professional licensing agency may adopt policies or rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to implement this chapter. Adoption of policies or rules under this section may not delay the implementation and provision of telehealth services under this chapter.
