Section 25-1-8-9 - Analysis of licensing fees; report(a) The legislative services agency shall conduct an analysis of the fees established under section 2 of this chapter.(b) Not later than January 31, 2026, the legislative services agency shall submit a report to the budget committee in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 containing the results of the analysis conducted under subsection (a). The report must include:(1) the amount of fees collected; and(2) a description of how the proceeds from the collected fees were used; during the two (2) most recent fiscal years.
