Section 25-1-6.5-1 - "Board"

As used in this chapter, "board", except as provided in section 5 of this chapter, refers to any of the entities described in IC 25-0.5-5 or IC 25-0.5-7 and the board of licensure for professional geologists established by IC 25-17.6-2-1.
