Section 25-1-3-3 - Immunity from civil liability; statements in course of investigatory hearing or review proceedings

Any person shall be immune from civil liability for damages for any sworn or written statements, made without malice, and transmitted to the regulatory board, executive secretary, or his staff, or made in the course of investigatory, hearing or review proceedings.
