Section 25-1-3-1 - Definitions(a) As used in this chapter, the term "regulatory board" means any state board, commission, or state agency which licenses persons in order to regulate the practice of a particular profession or professions.(b) As used in this chapter, the term "board members" means members of a regulatory board.(c) As used in this chapter, the term "secretary" means the executive secretary or other person charged with the administration of the affairs of a regulatory board.Formerly: Acts1975 , P.L. 268, SEC.1.
