Section 25-1-10.3-5 - "Practitioner"(a) As used in this chapter, except as provided in subsection (b), "practitioner" means an individual who holds a license issued by a board described in IC 25-0.5-11, including a certificate of registration issued under IC 25-20.(b) The term does not include a veterinarian licensed under IC 25-38.1.Added by P.L. 128-2022,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2022.
