Section 24-4-23.2-8 - Remedies cumulative and nonexclusive
The remedies set forth in this chapter are:
(1) cumulative;(2) nonexclusive; and(3) in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy available to a person aggrieved by a violation of this chapter.
