Section 24-3-4-13 - Enforcement powers; prosecution of violations(a) This chapter may be enforced by the department or a law enforcement officer.(b) Upon referral of a violation of this chapter by the department or a law enforcement officer, the prosecuting attorney or the attorney general shall prosecute the person who violates this chapter.As added by P.L. 21-2000, SEC.10.
