Section 22-9-10-12 - Complaints of violations; resolutions(a) The commission shall receive, investigate, and attempt to resolve complaints of violations of this chapter from complainants in the manner provided by IC 22-9-1-6.(b) IC 22-9-1-16, IC 22-9-1-17, and IC 22-9-1-18 apply to complaints filed in accordance with this chapter.Added by P.L. 136-2014, SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2014.
