Section 22-9-1-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter

The amendments made to section 6 of this chapter by P.L. 14-1994 do not affect:

(1) rights or liabilities accrued; or

(2) proceedings begun;

before July 1, 1994. Those rights and liabilities accrued and proceedings begun shall be imposed and enforced under prior law as if P.L. 14-1994 had not been enacted.
