Section 22-8-1.1-6.5 - Religious objections to treatment

Nothing in this chapter or the standards adopted under this chapter shall be deemed to authorize or require medical examination, immunization, or treatment for those who object on religious grounds, except where such is necessary for the protection of the health and safety of others.
