Section 22-8-1.1-26.1 - Failure to abate

If the commissioner determines after reinspection the employer has failed to correct a violation for which a safety order has been issued within the period permitted for its correction, the commissioner shall issue a notice of failure to correct violation and accompanying penalty for such failure.
