Section 22-8-1.1-17.5 - Enforcement; federal standards; conformity

The commissioner may not adopt or enforce any provision used to carry out the enforcement of this chapter that is more stringent than the corresponding federal provision enforced by the United States Department of Labor under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
