Section 22-4.1-4-14.2 - Replacing occupational value methodology
(a) In a manner consistent with federal law, before January 1, 2025, the department shall replace its IN Demand Ranking Methodology with a new occupational value methodology.
(b) This section expires July 1, 2026.
