Section 22-4.1-27-19 - Development of program In developing the program, the cabinet shall:
(1) receive cooperation, support, and assistance from the department;(2) explore and incorporate, as appropriate, approaches and models from other states and organizations, including approaches to graduation requirements; and(3) use pilot programs or other scaling approaches, as appropriate, to develop and implement the program in a cost effective and efficient manner.Added by P.L. 237-2019,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2019.
