Section 22-4.1-27-10 - List of approved eligible program providers(a) Not later than September 15, 2019, and not later than September 15 of each year thereafter, the cabinet shall provide a list of approved eligible program providers to the department.(b) The department shall publish the list described in subsection (a) on the department's Internet web site.Added by P.L. 237-2019,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2019.
