Section 22-4.1-26-5.5 - Participation in program by high school student(a) The requirements described in section 5(a) of this chapter do not apply to this section.(b) A high school student is eligible to participate in the program if the student is enrolled in a work based learning course (as defined in IC 20-43-8-0.7 ) that is aligned with the sectors for eligible employment described in section 5(b) of this chapter.Added by P.L. 143-2019,SEC. 36, eff. 7/1/2019.
