Section 22-2-18.1-18 - [Repealed Effective 1/1/2025] Employment of minors at least 16 years of age and less than 18 years of ageA minor who is at least sixteen (16) years of age and less than eighteen (18) years of age may not:
(1) work for more than nine (9) hours in any one (1) day;(2) work for more than forty (40) hours in a school week;(3) work for more than forty-eight (48) hours in a nonschool week;(4) work for more than six (6) days in any one (1) week; or(5) begin a work day before 6 a.m.Repealed by P.L. 133-2024,SEC. 6, eff. 1/1/2025.Added by P.L. 147-2020,SEC. 16, eff. 4/1/2020.
