As used in this chapter, "sale" means any of the following:
(1) Transfer of title or possession, or both.(2) Exchange or barter, including conditional exchanges or agreements.(3) Giving cigarettes as samples, prizes, or gifts.(4) Exchange of cigarettes for consideration other than money.
