Section 22-13-4-4 - Minor construction; exemptions

The commission may adopt building rules that exempt minor construction (as defined in the rules adopted by the commission) from the design release requirement under IC 22-15-3 and the regulated lifting device installation or alteration permit requirement under IC 22-15-5.
