Section 22-12-1-3.8 - "Bunkhouse" "Bunkhouse" means a building or structure:
(1) under one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet;(2) that is intended to be occupied or used by not more than twelve (12) occupants;(3) that includes at least one (1) bathroom that may be supplied by a well. However, due to the location of the building or structure, access to a public water supply is not readily available;(4) that does not include a kitchen or fireplace; and(5) where the occupants are primarily transient in nature.Added by P.L. 79-2019,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2019.
