Section 21-45-6-2 - Inclusion of nonidentifying data

All nonidentifying data concerning allele frequencies and demographics that are generated by a laboratory conducting DNA analysis for use in Indiana shall be submitted by the laboratory to the department for inclusion in the data bank.
