Section 21-44-2-0.3 - Treatment of references to state anatomical board; transfer of property(a) After June 30, 1987, any reference to the state anatomical board in any statute or rule is considered a reference to the anatomical education program operated under this article.(b) On July 1, 1987, the Indiana University School of Medicine, as authorized by P.L.238-1987, becomes the owner of all the personal property of the state anatomical board abolished by P.L.238-1987.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 358, eff. 7/1/2011.
