Section 21-29-1-2 - "Obligations"

"Obligations" means bonds, notes, bond anticipation notes, commercial paper, leases, lease-purchases, installment purchases, certificates of participation in agreements or programs, other evidences of indebtedness, or other agreements or purchasing programs.
