Section 21-23-3-2 - Board; appointments(a) The governor shall appoint ten (10) trustees for Purdue University for the term beginning on July 1 in conformity with this chapter.(b) The general assembly urges the governor to appoint at least one (1) resident of Allen County to the board of trustees of Purdue University.Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-37-2.
