Section 21-20-3-3 - Board; residency requirement

This section does not apply to the student trustee appointed to the board of trustees. Not more than:

(1) one (1) of the trustees elected to the board of trustees; and

(2) two (2) of the trustees appointed to the board of trustees;

may reside in the same county.
