Section 21-20-3-10 - Votes

The person receiving the greatest number of votes cast shall be declared the elected trustee. If two (2) or more persons receive an equal and the greatest number of votes cast, the librarian shall cast lots to determine which of the persons shall be declared the elected trustee.
