Section 21-20-3-0.3 - Legalization of certain actions taken under prior law

Any action taken by the trustees before April 26, 1989, that would have been legal under:

(1) IC 20-12-1-2, after April 25, 1989, and before its repeal; or

(2) IC 20-12-61-13, after April 25, 1989, and before its repeal;

is legalized and validated.
