Section 21-18-14-7 - Confidential information protected

If the commission receives confidential student record information, the commission may not release confidential student record information to any individual or entity that is not permitted access to the record information under the federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1232g et seq.).
