Section 20-44-2-4 - Levy; emergency loans

A school corporation may impose a levy for a fund (before January 1, 2019) or its operations fund (after December 31, 2018), as permitted in IC 20-48-1-7, to repay an emergency loan to the fund (before January 1, 2019) or operations fund (after December 31, 2018).
