Section 20-43-6-1 - Basic tuition support; subject to the amount appropriated

Subject to the amount appropriated by the general assembly for state tuition support and IC 20-43-2, the amount that a school corporation is entitled to receive in basic tuition support for a state fiscal year is the amount determined in section 3 of this chapter.
